"Motegi Upskilling Adventure"
Motegi Upskilling Adventure is an experiential learning program where participants learn through group activities.
It involves various activities aimed at building the most important aspect of group life: "human relationships."
This program is ideal for new employee training, revitalizing communication between departments and divisions, and team building.
Program Progress and Safety Management
The program is conducted in groups of about 15 people per group.
Additionally, one specialist staff member called a facilitator is assigned to each group to support the activities.
Program Details
Activities are led by facilitators and are carried out while having fun. Cooperation is the key to success in problem-solving activities. By working together with others towards the same goal, we can gain new insights and grow.

Learn about awareness and technology for traffic safety
This is a participatory facility where riders, from those who have recently obtained their driver's license or are paper drivers to veteran drivers, can actively learn safe driving.
