We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following points to ensure that all guests can spend their time safely, securely, and comfortably.

About Ticket Handling

  • We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
  • Tickets purchased by the user cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason. However, this does not apply to additions or changes made using functions provided by this service, or refunds in the event that the event is canceled.
    We do not take any responsibility for duplicate purchases caused by user input errors or communication environment issues. Also, no refunds will be given for such payments.
    Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off cancellation.
  • Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
  • If you do not have your ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
    * Receipts, invoices, web purchase screens, photos of tickets, etc. cannot be used for admission.

Admission Method

  • [If you have an advance parking ticket] How to enter the parking lot: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate
  • Admission Method at the Entrance Gate: Please present one "admission ticket" per person to the staff at the entrance gate.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own ticket.

    * We recommend saving the QR code by taking a screenshot or similar method (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication disruptions).
    The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please prepare a screen where the time display is moving during normal conditions.

About the entrance gate* *North Gate, South Gate

  • Customers with advance parking tickets, please have one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle ready and present it to the staff upon entry.
  • The designated parking lot specifies the entrance gate for entry. Please check the parking information you purchased and be careful not to mistake the entrance gate.>>Click here for parking ticket information
  • A priority lane for designated parking lots is provided at the entrance gate.
  • Congestion is expected on surrounding roads and at the entrance gate on the day. Please allow plenty of time when coming to the venue.

About Parking

  • Please follow the guidance of the staff and park your vehicle inside the venue.
  • Please present your parking ticket at the entrance of the designated parking lot. Please attach the parking ticket to your rearview mirror for use.
  • To allow many customers to use the parking lot, please refrain from reserving parking spaces for long periods or over wide areas with luggage or other items.
    Luggage used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur during removal or relocation.

For customers arriving by motorcycle

  • When visiting, please follow traffic rules and manners and enter safely from the South Gate.
  • Please wear a helmet when moving around the venue.
  • Please use a coin locker with a lock for your belongings and helmet after parking your bicycle, and manage them by yourself.

About Viewing Fireworks

  • Please sit and enjoy the fireworks.
  • The lighting inside the venue will be turned off just before the fireworks launch for the fireworks display.
  • Please move to your seat with plenty of time. *Please check your seat before the lights go out.
  • At the entrance of the designated seats, we will check your designated seat ticket. Please have your ticket (QR code) ready for each person and present it to the staff.
  • Grandstand aisles are used as emergency evacuation routes, so please refrain from reserving seats or placing belongings.
The following items are not allowed.
  • ・Viewing on stairs and aisles
    ・Use of fire
  • ・Bicycles and kick scooters are allowed in the viewing area
  • - Actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests or hinder the progress of events
  • ■Regarding the Use of Tripods (Monopods)
    Tripods (monopods) can be used in the following seats. Please refrain from using tripods (monopods) outside of these areas.

     Victory Corner Terrace seats, SORA site, Sky Deck, 1 Corner Pair Seats, Grande Deck

Weather changes, thunder, and earthquakes

  • The launch time of the fireworks may be changed depending on the weather conditions on the day. Thank you for your understanding.
  • In the event of thunder, you may be asked to take shelter in your own vehicle.
    Please confirm the parking location where you parked on the day.
  • In the event of an earthquake, please remain seated and wait for the shaking to subside until an emergency earthquake warning is announced. Once the safety of the venue has been confirmed and secured, staff will guide you.

Precautions Inside the Venue

  • When moving around the venue by car or motorcycle, please observe the speed limit of 30km/h and drive safely.
  • Use of the wheelchair-only parking spaces is limited to the following customers. Thank you for your understanding.
    Customers using wheelchairs and those who have various disability certificates
  • Except for the SORA site and the dog companion area, pets are not allowed in spectator seats such as the Grandstand seats and group seats.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or theft that may occur in the parking lot, such as damage to vehicles or collisions.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi has implemented smoking areas and all spectator seats are non-smoking. (This includes electronic cigarettes.)
    Please use the designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.
  • The use of unauthorized small aircraft (drones, radio-controlled devices, etc.) within the facility may cause disruptions to operations, so we kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from using them.
  • Please refrain from using bicycles and kickboards.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and spectator areas.
<Items not allowed to be brought into the venue>
  • ・Explosives, explosions, fires, and toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may cause harm to other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large amounts of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, knives, scissors and other sharp objects that can be used as weapons.
  • ・Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, or cause inconvenience or danger to others.
  • ・Signs, banners, etc. that contain slander or defamation.
  • ・Items not allowed to be possessed by other laws and regulations.
Items not allowed in the viewing area:
  • ・Entrance to the viewing area for pets (excluding specially trained guide dogs, hearing dogs, and care dogs). Please use the viewing area with your dog.
  • ・Bicycles, kick scooters (including electric) *Please use the bicycle parking lot. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, etc.

About Photography

  • The act of distributing audio, video, etc. as videos accessible to an unspecified large number of viewers via the internet or other media without permission, as well as any filming that causes inconvenience to other customers, is prohibited.
    Prior permission is required for photography or video recording for commercial or profit-making purposes.
  • Your portrait may be taken. Please check the following purposes for which the recorded video, audio, and images may be used before visiting.

    • 2. Record Data
    • 3. Sale and distribution of broadcast programs, video software, audio software, production of television and radio programs, broadcasting
    • 4. Sale of Products and Provision of Services

About Exit

  • After the fireworks end, traffic restrictions will be implemented to ease congestion inside the venue. Please cooperate by following the staff's guidance when exiting.
    * To ease congestion, you may be directed to exit through a different gate than the one you entered.

Parking Lot and Entrance Gate Information

The area around the Central Entrance will be used as an event venue. Accordingly,
Vehicles cannot pass through the section from the S1 parking lot to in front of the Main Information Center. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check the parking information you purchased upon entry and be careful not to confuse the North Gate and South Gate.
※Guests staying overnight, please enter through the North Gate.
※Please enter through the South Gate if you have an S1 or S2 designated parking ticket, East Entrance parking ticket, or 2 wheels parking ticket.

At the entrance gate, parking tickets will be checked, and inside the venue, admission tickets will be verified.
There will be two checks, but we ask for your cooperation to ensure a smooth entry.

※During exit, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion. Thank you for your understanding.
