[How to Renew Expired License Holders]

If the expiration date has passed, it will be treated as a 3-year suspension, and after 3 years it will be treated as a new membership.
Example: The expiration date for a license valid until February 28, 2021 (Sun) will be renewed on February 28, 2024 (Wed).

This will be an online renewal process. A valid email address is required as your login account.
If you do not have a registered email address, please contact the License Center for the updated license.

[Submission of Minor's Pledge and Consent Form]

Minors (under 18 years old) are required to submit a pledge and consent form. Please submit a certificate of the guardian's (parent's) seal (issued within 3 months).
*Please submit to the licensing center where the license will be renewed.

[About Medical Check]

If there are any changes in your health condition since joining, please make sure to report it through the online medical check.

[Others]

• If the expiration date has passed, it will be treated as a suspension, and if the renewal procedure is not completed within 3 years during the suspension, it will automatically result in withdrawal.
• Online renewal applications are always possible, but please note that it may take some time for the process to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.
• The license is valid for one year.
  Example: Renewed on September 1st → Valid until the end of September the following year
