We have confirmed cases of tickets for the Firework Festival at Mobility Resort Motegi being fraudulently purchased through our official online shop, "MobilityStation." Please be aware that purchasing tickets from sources other than official outlets (MobilityStation and agents authorized by us) may expose you to crimes or troubles. Furthermore, tickets confirmed to have been purchased fraudulently will be invalidated without prior notice based on the terms of use, and entry on the day will be refused.
Telephone sales and sales at the Mobility Resort Motegi counter are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

●Seven-Eleven In-Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
A fee will be charged for Seven-Eleven in-store ticket issuance and payment.
In-store payment fee: 260yen per transaction (only for in-store payments. This fee does not apply if payment was made by credit card on the online shop)
Ticket issuance fee: 130yen per ticket (this fee applies even if payment was made by credit card on the online shop) -
●Seat Change Fee (Upgrade Fee)
A fee will be charged for each seat change. The fee will be the difference between the ticket price before and after the change, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500yen" will be charged.
Attention
If you choose "Seven-Eleven ticket issuance" option, you will not be able to resell, upgrade, change, or add parking tickets after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*No points will be given), and credit cards are accepted.

*If purchasing 20 or more tickets at once, or if the total payment amount exceeds 300,000 yen, you will not be able to choose in-store ticket issuance or payment.
